Our pizzas are made using Italy's finest ingredients, including the dough that is made from scratch the day before your event, hand crushed Italian tomatoes, fresh

mozzarella, hand-picked basil, and rich extra virgin olive oil. Along with a wide variety of traditional and gourmet pizzettas. Once prepared, the pizza is cooked in the

premier pizza oven fueled only by wood.

Inforno will provide a service that will make your next event, a memorable one. Imagine feeding your guests authentic Neapolitan pizza, prepared and cooked right in

front of them, while you relax. Our service includes one wood-fired pizza trailer, one pizzaiolo, 1 assistant pizzaioli, and your customized menu. Service will be for 2 hours,

with the option to be extended for an additional hourly

rate.
